Data we process

Identification and contact data (name, email, phone), work data (company), the content of your message, your assessment answers and technical data (IP address).

Sensitive data: we do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages or in the virtual assistant.

Purposes that do not require your consent

• Answering and following up on your request.
• Sending you your assessment results.
• Registering you for an event you request.
• Protecting the site against fraud and abuse.

Purposes that require your consent

• Sending you news about events, courses and offers.
• Publishing photos or testimonials in which you appear.

If you do not want us to use your data for these purposes, leave the form checkbox unticked or write to us at any time. Saying no does not affect how we handle your request.

Transfers and processors

We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. Providers that process data on our behalf, some outside Mexico:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site, stores contact requests, protects forms from spam (Turnstile) and counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Anthropic, PBC: processes the messages you type into the virtual assistant to generate replies.
• Our email provider: delivers form messages to our mailbox.
• Twilio Inc.: sends us an internal text message with your business name and phone number when you request an assessment.

How to limit the use of your data

Write to info@konfronta.mx to unsubscribe or ask us to limit the use of your data. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Access, correction, deletion and objection rights

To exercise them, email info@konfronta.mx with your name, a way to reply to you, a document proving your identity or your representative's, a clear description of your request and any document that helps locate your data. We will reply within the time limits set by law. You can also withdraw your consent the same way.
