Who we are

What we collect and why

• Forms: name, company, email, phone, topic, message and, if you take the assessment, your scores. We use them to reply and follow up.
• Newsletters: only if you tick the box, we use your email to send news about events and courses.
• Virtual assistant: the text you type, to generate a reply. We do not store conversation content in our systems; we only count messages per IP address to prevent abuse.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, for security, usage limits and cookieless statistics.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for targeted advertising. We use these providers, which process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site, stores contact requests, protects forms from spam (Turnstile) and counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Anthropic, PBC: processes the messages you type into the virtual assistant to generate replies.
• Our email provider: delivers form messages to our mailbox.
• Twilio Inc.: sends us an internal text message with your business name and phone number when you request an assessment.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months, then they are deleted automatically. Assistant usage counters are deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or unsubscribe from newsletters by writing to info@konfronta.mx. We will reply within a reasonable time and will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your data. This site does not use tracking cookies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. The virtual assistant does not ask anyone under 18 for personal information.

Texas

We do not sell sensitive personal data. If we ever did, we would ask for your consent first and say so here.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version with its date.
